WPF Group Voluntary Life Insurance
Voluntary Group Life Benefits for Member Ministers and Families.
Members may also purchase additional Guaranteed Issue Voluntary Life insurance in increments of $25,000 up to a maximum of $100,000 without proof of insurability. Member spouse is eligible for up to 50% of members benefit and $10,000 for each child. The plan also includes an additional Accidental Death benefit. Age reduction schedules apply.
Plan effective date was June 1, 2008
To Participate: Members must send completed application with first month premium to WPF. Subsequent payments will be automaticly drafted on the 20th of each month.
