Group Dental Insurance Program
WPF is proud to offer Delta Dental insurance to members and their families at group discounted rates.
Plan effective date was June 1, 2008
To Participate: Members must send completed application with voided check to WPF. Subsequent payments will be drafted on a monthly basis by Delta Dental on the 3rd of each month.
